About occasional minor topics: Subjects like Evidence and Wills are not standalone essay topics, but they occasionally surface as small sub-issues woven into an essay primarily about another subject (e.g., an Evidence issue within a Criminal Procedure question, or a Wills issue within a Property question). When they do appear, the coverage is typically minimal — a sub-issue worth a few points, not the main focus. These are not included in the frequency or insight analytics above since they are not primary essay subjects.
